All these rave reviews on breakfast and how amazing it was. The lady working there was training a man who seemed liked he really wanted to help people and at 9 am when breakfast stops at 10 she was explaining how they don't put anymore coffee out because it ends soon. 1 more hour. Nothing was hot at all not even the coffee. Eggs cold, potatoes cold, oatmeal one huge lump. Not impressed and actually very disappointed after hearing great things.

Front desk were delightful!! Accommodating and helpful. Rooms were clean. Comfortable and clean breakfast area. Super disappointed no microwave in room. One downstairs you could use but not convenient. Maybe other rooms had them but I just expected one and didn't look to see if there was one when I booked the room online

The hotel was all great except for 2 things. 1. I could not open and close the room door by myself. My daughter had to help me get out of the room every time. If there was a fire I'd have been sunk. The door needs to be shaved smaller so it fits properly. To open it from the outside you have to do a whole body kick and push to get it to open. 2. The bathroom doors do not lock and don't really close 100% so if you are in the shower and someone opens the outside door there is a chance of not having privacy. If this was an inexpensive room I wouldn't even bother to leave a review but for $213 a night I think the hotel should not be having these problems. The breakfast was really good.

Excellent customer service with a very welcoming environment. The two ladies that worked the night I stayed on 08/31/23 were amazing. One was training the other to assist me with getting a last-minute room as I passed through heading to my 20yr Iraq War Reunion in Montana. Thank you so much for making me feel like I was important as the customer and for making the process of booking a room so easy. The suggestion for a local place for dinner was great as well. One of the stellar employees may have been named Meghan. I highly recommend this place!

Really nice hampton. Rooms where very clean and well maintained. Check in desk was very friendly. Hotel is situated on a tall hill in Pocatello so I am sure sone rooms have really good views. Right near the interstate hospital and a gas station so perfect for road tripping. It's also accross the street from a really nice restaurant for a nice dinner option

Large comfortable room with a nice view. Breakfast had a decent selection. Location is great for those who are traveling through and want something right off the highway.

Everything went well until I tried taking a shower. There wasn't any body wash in the dispenser... The breakfast workers worked hard and were awesome in keeping plenty of food stocked. The rooms were musty. The front desk told me that the windows were recently washed and some of them water got into the AC units.

The room was cleanish. Floors were vacuumed and the tables dusted, however there was a funny odor. The bathroom floor was suspect as there were numerous dips and soft spots. The faux wood flooring was peeling up from what I guess was …
